When you use one of our forms (contact, advisory enquiry, collector-car enquiry, waitlist), we process the information you enter yourself: name, email address, WhatsApp number, organisation, your selections for budget, market, purpose, capital and timing, and your free-text message.
The purpose is to answer your enquiry or to manage the waitlist. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling enquiries properly).
The website is hosted by Lovable Labs Incorporated, 1 Lincoln St, Boston, MA 02111, USA. All form submissions — including the contact form — are stored in a database operated via Lovable Cloud on infrastructure provided by Supabase Pte. Ltd., Singapore, as a sub-processor. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Lovable. Where data is transferred to countries outside the EEA, this is done on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).
No external email-sending service is currently connected; your information is not passed on to any other provider.
We delete your information once it is no longer needed for your enquiry, at the latest after 24 months, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
When you visit the website, the host records technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested, browser type and referring page. This serves secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not combined with other data.
This website uses no analytics or advertising cookies and no tracking or analytics tools. No fonts are loaded from third parties.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing, and the right to withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. An informal message to the email address above is sufficient.
